Special American Friend

Things are like this, when you do not expect it, something special hits you.

I have been in Houston for about 3 years now and I have been trying to make friends. I never thought the most special friend that I could find was in my office, on the other side of my cubicle, just 10 feet way from me.

And here she is. I just realized how much I am going to miss Laura when this week is over. I really, really, really love her and our connections. So, I think it is hard to make friends in Uncle Sam’s territory, but when you make a good one, it is for life.

Laura, I will miss seeing you every week. Thank you for everything!
