This curious structure located in one of the many parks of Vienna, Austria, is a public open space where the visitor is faced with an unusual building. A sort of "oasis for relaxation" where each of the four floors are filled with loungers networks available for people who want to take a break and still enjoy a beautiful view. A great program for those hot summer days
